At LORANTHIVEX, we are more than just a cheese making school; we are a community of passionate individuals united by our love for the art of cheese making. Founded in 2004 in the heart of Wisconsin, we have grown from a small local workshop into an internationally recognized institution.

Our Journey

Our founder, Martha Loran, began her journey with a simple mission: to share her ancestral cheese making techniques with the world. Our school has since become a hub for both beginners and seasoned artisans to hone their skills.

With classes ranging from traditional methods to modern innovations, we pride ourselves on being a versatile learning space. Our expert instructors, who are masters in their craft, ensure that every student leaves with a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience.
